Firehousedragons Guarantee
Our ultimate goal is to ensure customer satisfaction and to find appropriate homes for our bearded dragons.All bearded dragons will be at least 8 weeks old and no less than 6 inches long. They will not be shipped any smaller or younger. They will be well established, feeding on a variety of insects and veggies before they are re-homed. The color of your new dragon will depend on the mood, temperature and stress at the time of arrival. We do not guarantee the sex of the young bearded dragons unless otherwise stated. If it is said to be possible male or female then we cannot guarantee but we will do our best.
Shipping
We guarantee live arrival upon delivery with a 48 hour satisfaction. This is void if nobody is home to sign for them or if not placed into a proper environment after arrival. If you are not satisfied, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request. If dead on arrival, please keep the dragon as proof and we will replace or refund your money.
We will ship overnight using USPS or Fed EX. After shipping we will notify you with a tracking number. Boxes may be insulated with heat packs depending on the season and time of year. If you wish your package a particular way then we will do our best to accommodate you.
